1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Acme Supply website and placing orders through our online storefront, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Products and Pricing
All product descriptions and specifications are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information. Prices are subject to change without notice. Customer-specific pricing is governed by your individual account agreement.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment terms are as specified in your account agreement. Credit card orders are charged at the time of shipment.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping dates are estimates only. Acme Supply is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
Stock items may be returned within 30 days in original, unopened packaging. A restocking fee of 15% may apply. Special-order, cut-to-length, and custom-assembled items are non-returnable. All returns require prior authorization.
6. Warranty
Products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Acme Supply does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. We will assist with warranty claims for products purchased from us.
7. Limitation of Liability
Acme Supply liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
